読書感想会で、感性を深める
同じものを見ても、人によって感じ方が違う。
「私はここが気になった」
「そんなふうに読んだんだ」
「私はむしろ、反対のことを感じた」
同じ本を読んでも、心に残るところは人によって違います。
読書感想会のおもしろさは、正しい感想を探すことではありません。
その違いに触れることです。
普段、一緒に仕事をしている人でも、仕事の場面だけでは、その人が何を感じ、何を大切にしているのかまでは、なかなか見えてきません。
けれど、一冊の本について話してみると、
「この人には、こんな考え方があるんだ」
「こんなことを大切にしている人だったんだ」
と、知らなかった一面が見えてくることがあります。
相手を知る。
違う考え方に触れる。
そして、自分自身の感じ方にも気づく。
そうした小さな発見の積み重ねは、感性を養い、磨いていくことにつながるのではないでしょうか。
研修ではない。「社内オフ会」のような美意識の時間

美意識のある人は、何かを誇示しなくても、そんなふうに周囲に感じさせる雰囲気を纏っています。
それは一朝一夕につくられるものではありません。
